You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for an eligible item.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return and a full product refund, items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The accessory must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged premium packaging, including all protective wraps, interior structural inserts, manuals, and included hardware components.
  • Items showing signs of installation attempts, scratches, or wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Any custom-engraved, tailor-fitted, or personalized editions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

4. How to Initiate a Return
